The 375 condo listings in Coquitlam in November were 9% below October but 30% higher vs November 2019. Year-over-year condo sales increased 40% in November (to 108) but were down 16% vs October. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 29%, as Coquitlam’s condo market remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in November was $531,400, 0.6% lower month-over-month but 3% above November 2019. The average sold price was $538,770 in November (1.6% lower vs October) while the average PSF sales price was $698 (a 7% increase vs October).
