At 185, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 19% lower month-over-month and 5% lower year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 121, were down 8% month- over-month but29% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 65% in November, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in November was $579,200, 0.5% above last month and 5% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $612,651, while the average PSF sales price was $404 (down 1.8% and up 1.5%, respectively, from last month).
