The number of townhome listings in Richmond decreased to 261 in November, 14% below the pre- vious month and a 29% decrease vs November 2019. The 88 townhome sales in November were 3% below October but 29% higher year-over-year. The townhome sales-to-listings ratio increased to 34%, as Richmond’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price for townhomes in November was $821,500, 0.5% above October and 8% higher than in November 2019. The average sold price was $877,314 (3% above October) with an average PSF sales price of $595 (4% above October).
