The 1,275 detached listings in Surrey in November were down 22% month-over-month and 23% lower year-over-year. November’s detached sales (559 homes) were 7% above October and 109% higher vs November 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased in November, to 44%, as Surrey’s detached market remained in seller’s market territory. At $1.16M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 1.3% above October and 10% higher vs November 2019. The average sold price of $1.29M was 2% higher month-over-month and 11% above November of last year.
