The 138 detached sales were 8% lower month-over- month but 28% above November 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 28% in November, as Vancouver East’s detached segment remained favourable to sellers. November’s benchmark price was $1.53M, 1.8% above October and up 10% vs November 2019. The average sold price of $1.67M was 0.9% below October but up 9% vs November 2019.
