The 85 townhome listings in Vancouver East in November were 21% lower month-over-month but 18% higher year-over-year. The 33 townhome sales in November were 3% below last month and 13% lower vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes increased to 39%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. The townhome benchmark price in November was $901,200, down 0.1% from October but 4% higher year-over-year. November’s average sold price was $998,408 at an average PSF sales price of $795 (up 1.0% and 3%, respectively, vs last month).
