Condo listings in Vancouver East decreased 15% month-over-month (to 553) while November’s list- ings were up 46% year-over-year. Condo sales decreased 8% from October (to 161) but were up 11% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 29%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. November’s condo benchmark price was $585,900, 0.4% lower month-over-month but 3% above this time last year. The average sold price was $629,424, a 0.6% decrease from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $845, 1.1% above last month.
