The sales-to-listings ratio in November was unchanged at 18% as Vancouver West’s detached segment remained in balanced market territory. At $3.12M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.1% above October and 6% higher vs November 2019. The average sold price of $3.41M was 0.7% below October but 13% higher vs November 2019.
