At 215, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West was 13% lower month-over-month and year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 46, were down by 16% vs October but 59% above last November. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 21% in November as Vancouver West’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in November was $1.15M, 0.7% below last month but 1.5% higher than last year. The average sold price was $1.23M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $919 (decreasing 2% and 1.1%, respectively, from last month).
