The number of condo listings in West Vancouver decreased 12% between October and November, to 120, and were 1.7% above vs November 2019. The 20 condo sales in November were 9% below last month but 67% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 17% in November, as West Vancouver’s condo market remained a balanced market. The condo benchmark price was $1.09M in November, 0.2% below October but 7% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.24M (down 12% vs October) and the average PSF sales price was $969 (9% below October).
