This specially designed cart, with its built-in waterline mani- folds, allows you to precondition the mold prior to installa- tion. The cart is equipped to hold two molds, which makes it perfect for changing and transporting molds. Changeovers are easy. When the new mold is properly pre- conditioned, remove the existing mold from the molding machine and place it on the mold change cart. When the mold is lifted, the waterlines will be auto-matically disconnected. Then, lift the new mold from the mold change cart and lower it into the adapter frame. When the mold is in place, the waterlines will be automatically connected. It’s just that easy, and just that fast!
