FOCUS ON TEACHING AND LEARNING • Teachers continued to strengthen Tier 1 instruction through collaborative planning, data analysis, and the implementation of high-quality instructional practices to meet the needs of all learners. • Grade-level teams worked closely with instructional coaches, specialists, and intervention staff to refine assessment practices, monitor student progress, and provide targeted instructional support through our MTSS framework. • Professional learning throughout the year emphasized collaboration, instructional consistency, and equitable access to rigorous learning experiences for every student. SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LEARNING (SEL) • Responsive Classroom practices, Second Step lessons, and daily community-building routines remained central to supporting students’ social-emotional growth and creating safe, inclusive classrooms. • Students continued to develop self-awareness, self- management, relationship skills, and responsible decision- making through intentional classroom instruction and school-wide expectations aligned with our STARR values. • Targeted SEL supports and collaborative problem-solving ensured students received the individualized support they needed to be successful both academically and socially. Blanchard Memorial School remains deeply grateful for the partnership of our families, the dedication of our staff, and the enthusiasm of our students. Together, we continue to build a school community where every child is supported, celebrated, and inspired to learn.
