Conant
There was also a great deal of fun at Conant School this year. The fourth annual Fall Fest was a favorite of students and staff, the PTO- sponsored Conant Carnival was attended by many families, the Fine Arts Night featured visual art and live music, and every-
one’s favorite Conant tradition, Polar Pride, was an event that did not disappoint!
Having learned in October 2025 of the probable (now actual) closure of Conant School in June 2026, members of the community chose to cherish the day to day activi- ties and savor all the aspects of the special community. In June, there was a celebration of the Conant Community which was attended by alumni staff, students and families who recalled their time at Conant with fondness. One former teacher attended who was a member of the first Conant staff in 1971.
