22 | ACTON-BOXBOROUGH REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT | ANNUAL REPORT 2025–2026
As Gates Elementary School concludes its final year, we look back with immense pride, gratitude, and joy at the vibrant community we have built together. This past school year has been an extra- ordinary celebration of our history, our achievements, and the enduring spirit of the Gates Panthers. While this chapter marks the closing of our school, the energy and enthusiasm within our halls never wavered. This year we continued to create new memories with our traditions that our students, staff, and families will cherish forever. True to the Panther spirit, we success- fully hosted many events that define the Gates experience. From the Fall Picnic to the Fun Run, Walk, and Roll, our community showed up with incredible enthusiasm. Our annual Robotics Fair gave students a chance to showcase their creativity by programming and designing their own robots. Moments of connection were also shared during our final Ice Cream Social, where current and former families and students were all invited to celebrate together. These events, along- side many other gatherings throughout the year, reminded us of the strong bond that unites our school community.
