Wilhelmine Herard James, born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, boasts an impressive 35-year career in education. Armed with a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Master of Science in Education, and licenses in Supervision and Administration, she currently serves as the Senior Director of Leadership Coaching and Professional Learning at the New York City Public Schools. Beyond her professional achievements, Wilhelmine actively engages in community-based organizations, holding significant roles in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Prince Hall Order of Eastern Stars, Daughters-Auxiliary of the Prince Hall Shriners, The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated (Educators), and the National Association of Parliamentarians. As the 16th New York State Director for Zeta

Phi Beta Sorority, she continues to impact her community positively. Wilhelmine finds joy in her marriage to Paul W. James, a distinguished member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, and Grand Worthy Patron of Prince Hall Order of Eastern Star, state of New York, together, they take pride in raising two children, Aaron and Zora.
