We are grateful to witness our clients participating in the WE RISE Nanny Training, a partnership with the Worker Institute at Cornell University and the National Domestic Workers Alliance. In 2024, clients were empowered with essential skills in areas such as socio-emotional health for children, nutrition, and advocating for fair wages and workplace rights. Participants also received CPR certification, further strengthening their ability to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in their care. It inspires us to see our families embracing these growth opportunities by caring for and providing childcare to other families in our community—ultimately supporting our local economy and giving parents the peace of mind that their children are in good hands.
