System of Oppression and Liberatory Mindsets This course will help guide you through an introduction to systemic oppression and give you an opportunity to develop a lens from which to view individual and institutional oppression. Teens will: TELLING MY STORY: DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND JUSTICE Diversity, Equity and Justice courses along with a companion digital journal for reflection will provide the learner with an opportunity to explore critical-consciousness competencies such as self-advocacy, measured response to microaggressions, sense of belonging, proactive help-seeking and leveraging of available supports and resources without a fear of the imposter syndrome.
