Body Flow Fuse 30 minutes of total body conditioning with 30 minutes of power yoga. Cardio Kickbox Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Cycle, Cycle Express Experience a non-impact cardio workout including a variety of indoor cycling intervals and drills. Cycle & Strength Combines indoor cycling with body conditioning and core training exercises, using dumbbells and tubing. Indoor Cycling • Register online at newwestcity.ca/indoor-cycling or call any Parks and Recreation facility • Registration opens 72 hours in advance for New Westminster residents and 48 hours in advance for everyone. • Registration closes 30 minutes before the start of the class. • Arrive 15 minutes early to check-in at the front desk. No class admittance once the class has started. • Cancellation requires 24 hour notice. • No-shows will be tracked and failure to cancel may result in revoked privileges. Gentle Yoga & Meditation Move through gentle, easy-on-your-body, yoga poses, followed by a guided meditation. Suitable for beginners and seniors. Hatha Yoga, Hatha & Yin Yoga, Yoga & Core Postures and stretches with breath work to encourage alignment, improve balance, increase strength and help calm the mind and body. Yin Yoga includes longer held postures with focus on deepening flexibility. Interval Training Alternate cardio and strength interval drills to improve strength and endurance. Followed by a relaxing stretch. Iyengar Yoga Learn basic actions in asanas, develop strength, flexibility, awareness and confidence. For beginners and seasoned students seeking to focus on fundamentals. Props are optional if brought. Lift & Sculpt Work lower body muscles with a variety of strength and conditioning exercises. Strengthen using dumbbells, bands and body weight to improve lower body strength and function. Light Exercise (50+ years) Breathe, stretch, and balance with chair exercises and gentle aerobic walking. Tips on healthy living, osteoporosis, arthritis, and fall prevention. Party Fit Combine choreographed cardio and strength training to music! Leave class with energy, strength, and a smile! All fitness levels are welcome.

Safe and gentle exercises for individuals with minimal previous exercise experience. Wednesday’s class is demonstrated from a chair. Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold Boost energy with a total body workout incorporating all fitness components - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility! Mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. Zumba Toning incorporates light weights to add a strengthening element. Zumba Gold is a good pace for beginners and older adults.
