The dealer stockable accessory program is designed to provide accessory solutions to compliment tile selections. this program is available to approved distribution partners and is intended to support distribution showrooms and project based orders. Pricing is based on current published pricelist and is subject to change due to factors such as (but not limited to) market conditions, raw material costs and tariff fees. Orders will be invoiced at pricing in effect at time of shipment and any previously issued pricing is not PRICING TERMS OF SALE RETURN POLICY & Lead time will fall within standard distribution lead times and is subject to inventory availability. Estimated lead times and ship dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Given the size and fragile nature of sills and benches, consolidation with other materials (e.g., tile or setting products) cannot be guaranteed. These items will typically require separate pallet or crate shipment and will be subject to applicable freight charges. Any damages or shortages must be reported to Urban Coast Tile within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. All products should be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer reccomendations. Variations in color, shade and finish are inherent to the material and is not considered a defect. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all materials prior to installation. Any claims for defects or damages must be submitted prior to installation. Installed material is considered accepted. Replacement coverages, if applicable, are limited to the material only and do not cover labor or installation costs. guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Urban Coast Tile. Availability of materials is subject to change without notice.
RETURN POLICY
Urban Coast Tile operates under a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receving your order to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and must be in its original unopened packaging. To intiate a return, please contact orders@urbancoastile.com You must be able to provide the following information to begin the process of the return: Your original order number. the quantity of the items you wish to return. the reason for the return. Once approved, urban coast tile will issue a return merchandise authorization (Rma) form. this form should be included with the material being returned. please note the following important information: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying all freight on returns. a 25% restock fee will be applied to all returned merchandise. broken or damaged materials will not be refunded. samples are not able to be returned for a refund. shipping charges are not refundable. once received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. It is very important that you take extreme care in packaging AND protecting any items that you are returning as these materials are inherently fragile (until installed). It is the recommendation of Urban Coast Tile that all return shipments be insured with the freight company.
DISPLAYING SNOW POLISHED SILL Samples are submitted as representation material for material type, shade, calibration, and type of finish. Material furnished in a shipment may vary from the sample. Please compare sample to actual delivered goods prior to installation.
