Wellbeing
SkyCity has a duty of care to all its employees. You should be
able to have open conversations about your wellbeing with
your supervisor or manager.
If this is not appropriate, the Connect team is available to
support the wellbeing of all SkyCity employees. They work
with employees and managers to achieve fair and reasonable
outcomes for those who are impacted by personal and/or
professional challenges.
Services they offer include:
• Employee Assistance Programme (free, anonymous counselling by an external company)
SMILE Loans for financial hardship

Support for personal matters

Support during formal processes
