Keith & Dawn Miller came up from Fort Smith, AR, in their ’59 Chevrolet Kingswood station wagon and went home with the “One Fine Wagon” pick.
Nothing says hot rod quite like a Model A coupe. Springfield-local Jack Wernet built his “Rep/Safety Pick” winning ’31 Ford using a TCI frame, a 327/TH350 powertrain, BFG wrapped Cragars, a 2-inch chop, and PPG Triple Black paint.
The Miss Mid-America Pin-Up Contest was a total success, and the fine ladies chose Rick & Vicki Prather’s sweet ’59 Ford Ranch Wagon from Benton, KS, pulling a ’66 Blitz camper for their “Pick.”
