Charlie Wray & Lee Skinner out of Moody, MO, started with a rough ’69 Dodge Charger and built this beautiful “StreetScene Pick” win- ning muscle car by adding 392ci SRT Hemi power, Reilly Motorsports suspension, and covering basically all new sheetmetal with 2018 Dodge Go Man Go Orange paint.
