We are big fans of Kerm Shindledecker’s owner-built ’32 Ford coupe with Oldsmobile 215 aluminum power, a T-5 manual, Wheel Vintique Hot Rod Wires, PPG VW Cyber Green paint, Flaming River electric power steering, and now a “Rep/Safety Pick.”
The ISCA went for Tim Rhoads’ ’67 Chevy Camaro with cross-ram inject- ed big-block power, a manual gear box, big Billet Specialties wheels wearing Michelin rubber, and an East Petersburg, PA, parking place for their “ISCA Late Pick.”
Mark Woy and his Hilton Hot Rods-built ’30 Ford from Somerset, PA, were honored with a “Pros’ Pick” from Alumicraft Street Rod Grilles. The sweet A-bone sits on Deuce rails, switched to fuel injection on top of the blown Hemi (he had four 97s, but they were a pain), and has vintage Stewart Warner gauges.
