DISABILITY INSURANCE
The goal of Neel, Robinson & Stafford’s Disability Insurance Plan is to provide you with income replacement should you be unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury. The company provides employees with the option to purchase voluntary Short-Term Disability income benefits and Long-Term Disability coverage is provided by Neel, Robinson & Stafford at no cost to employees. Both the Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverages are offered through Principal. Rates will be automatically calculated and shown in Employee Navigator during the enrollment process.
