As a supplemental benefit, Neel, Robinson & Stafford allows eligible employees to purchase additional life insurance coverage for yourself and your dependents. This coverage is paid for by you and is offered through Principal. Rates for the voluntary term life insurance are based on age, and volume, and benefits are subject to applicable age reductions.
