CARE The Seventy Times Seven Wellness Mission’s Out Patient (OP ) program is a low intensity program designed to provide a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic treatment in a non- residential setting for persons suffering from substance abuse. Our program is for persons whose physical and emotional status allows them to function in their usual environment.
