ARCHITECTURAL METALWORK FLAT SHEET ROLLING CAPABILITIES
Stoddart’s Karawatha facility is home to state-of-the-art machinery to not only fabricate, bend and cut material, but also houses equipment that can offer a flat sheet rolling service, which ensures the flattest possible product, particularly in relation to our perforated product range. This stretch levelling / flattening process produces stress-free material in all grade metals, and can accommodate a broad range of parts, up to 6mm in Stainless steel and up to 12mm in Mild Steel. The part in the direction of passage must measure in the minimum range of 100mm – 1200mm and up to 1500mm in sheet width. Our team of skilled machine operators can oversee the production by ensuring that the products produced are of the highest quality and consistency for customer satisfaction.
