Airex Chef base units provide practical chilled storage within the preparation area of commercial kitchens. It features two removable refrigerated drawers that support GN pan configurations. An integrated heatshield and marine edge top helps protect the unit from surrounding heat and contains spills for easier cleaning. The adjustable digital controller maintains consistent temperatures, operating with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. For easy maintenance and durability, the unit includes a removable filter for cleaning and a protective coating on the refrigeration coil to reduce corrosion. Adjustable height lockable castors allow easy positioning, while ergonomic non-catch handles ensure smooth drawer operation. The unit is available in three sizes to suit different kitchen layouts.
