Airex Pizza Preparation benches are available in 1, 2 and 3 door configurations. With 1/3 GN pan compatibility, the angled refrigerated service well generates cold air that distributes both above and below ingredient pans. The unique full-length, coated evaporator coil provides uniformed cooling across the entire well while operating as a fully self-contained unit.
Supplied with removable insulated tilting stainless steel night lids, digital temperature display and control and pizza racks with dropping tray.
The exclusive design provides value for money while offering ideal flexibility. Each sized unit is fitted on castors (2 lockable) for ease of cleaning and adaptable to any new or existing location.
