Get Your Gear: Ghost Hollow Tack Shop and Western Boots by Peri Hayes If you are on the hunt for an array of Western wear and resources, Ghost Hollow Tack Shop and Western Boots is the store to explore. Brian Robinson has spent four decades in business, launching Ghost Hollow in 1983 and operating throughout the years in Brownsville, Lyons and St. Thomas before moving his local establishment to Aylmer last year. Brian voices his appreciation for their customers, and the steady traffic in their present location. Narrating how his business came to be, Brian details the time when he had bought his Paint Horse from the States with experience in the advertisement industry. Along his drive, Brian’s stallion was spotted on a Halloween billboard carrying a ghost on his back. Arriving home that evening, Brian observed the eerie fog surrounding his property. He proceeded to notice that the lights in his hollow-situated barn were turned on. This curious experience, paired with Brian’s impactful conversation with a salesman, symbolically led to the development of Ghost Hollow. With belts, blankets, buckles, halters, hats, helmets, saddles and beyond, your abundant choice of Western riding equipment is available to discover at Ghost Hollow. As Brian details, they have expanded their boot selection with over 2,000 options for selecting your most suitable fit. While serving locally, Brian also ships his products to business owners based in Alberta, Ohio and more. This family-owned and operated dedicated team of three includes Brian’s son, Cody, who expresses, “I enjoy introducing our business to new people, and working in this environment. I like spreading knowledge about the horse industry.” To this, Brian adds, “I like helping people, and I like being around horses.” Ice and Lounge Rentals Available
