This is ‘a dying industry’, and we want to be part of the solution to give young people a place to become licensed. We certainly have a pro-trade attitude, appreciating that the trades are the backbone of our community.” Sarah discusses their recent Bridges to Better Business recognition, as the 2025 recipient of the Starter Company Plus Award: “We are very honoured; this is heartfelt. I was overwhelmed with joy -- not just for myself, but for the fact that the trades were recognized. I feel this is an industry that gets overlooked. This is not just for Justin and I; this is for all tradespeople.” As Sarah concludes with gratitude and fulfillment, she emphasizes what excites her about their business: “The growth. When you become an entrepreneur and put yourself out there, receiving the response to your craft inspires you to do better.
