HR Recruitment, Selection and Retention
• To oversee and be responsible for the overall external and internal Recruitment and Selection process including adverts in national and local press, job descriptions, offer letters and contracts of employment. • Create and Coordinate with the Head and Business Manager to ensure the accuracy of job descriptions.
• Review and advise on up-to-date employment contracts.
• To maintain up-to-date confidential personnel files to support the Single Central Record and carry out half termly checks.
• Continually review legislation to ensure all policies and procedures are compliant.
• Develop and oversee an effective induction pack and ensure all aspects are delivered.
