OSTEOARTHRITIS (OA)
We are at a unique stage in our healthcare system where patients are being diagnosed with knee OA at a younger age, and there is increasing demand for conservative treatment options. OA is the fourth leading disability in the world with 8.75 million people in the UK seeking treatment for OA*. This combined with a growing active aging population sees the healthcare system not being able to continue to offer total knee replacements as a primary intervention.
OA knee bracing is a conservative management alternative.
