ENOVIS CUSTOMER CARE In addition to fast and accurate delivery, you can expect a friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Department to take your order and answer any questions. Each of our Therapies and Appliances Managers serves and supports an individual geographic territory, so you can count on expertise specific to your area. Should your area Account Manager be unavailable, any of our other representatives will be equally helpful and able to serve your needs.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS The majority of orders will ship within 24 hours. Custom products and special orders (logos, replacement parts, special neoprene colours, etc.) are shipped within 6 weeks. WARRANTY All products have a limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty varies with some products. Please contact Customer Services with specific questions. RETURN POLICY Before returning or exchanging any product, please call the Customer Service Department for a Return Authorisation Number. They will assist you with product specific return policies.
