Christmas “Crack”ers Ingredients • 35–40 saltine crackers • 1 cup butter • 1 cup brown sugar • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips • 1/2 cup chopped pecans Directions Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 10×15 inch baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray. Arrange the saltine crackers in even rows on the prepared baking sheet and set aside. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar. Whisk and bring to a boil for a few minutes. Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the saltines, spreading it out evenly. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let them sit for a minute to soften, then spread the melted chocolate evenly over the crackers. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and let it harden. Once set, cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy!
