Good news from Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park Pool! We had 220 dedicated lap swimmers, 284 fantastic recreation swimmers, 101 energetic participants for water aerobics, 60 swim team members practicing, 5 eager swimmers for swim lessons, 1 dynamic aqua Zumba lady, and 5 scuba students. Centennial Park Pool Centennial Park Pool was truly alive with energy and community spirit this season! A joyful mix of swimmers filled the lanes and the water — from the 61 enthusiastic water aerobics patrons splashing to the beat, to the 198 dedicated lap swimmers gliding smoothly through their routines. Families and friends joined in the fun, with 157 recreation swimmers laughing and playing under the sun. The pool also proudly hosted 157 Port Charlotte High School swimmers and 14 talented divers, whose teamwork and determination inspired everyone watching. Adding to the vibrant scene, 147 Sea Dragon Aquatics swimmers and 3 Masters swimmers dove in with passion and grace. Together, they made Centennial Park Pool a warm, welcoming hub where fitness, friendship, and community came together beautifully.

This weekend, we hosted two amazing Movie Nights under the stars! On Friday, guests enjoyed the Halloween favorite Hocus Pocus, and on Saturday, we turned up the thrills with Friday the 13th. Our concession stand kept everyone fueled up with tasty treats while they relaxed and watched these classic films on the big screen.
