Had a delivery scheduled for walls on a new build. We just dropped the floor pack, and they had very little room on the jobsite. He asked if we were sure they were ready. I called the customer, and he was very happy that we did. He pushed it to next week. We were able to give ourselves more time to build the load and have a better idea of when the customer is ready. He’s super dedicated to his job and an incredibly reliable coworker. I was working late and sent him an email around 9 p.m. on Tuesday night. Not only did he respond right away during his free time, but he also jumped in to help me figure out what I needed.
