Rollers
Buffing Pads
Laminating rollers are used to eliminate air bubbles and to help saturate fiber reinforcements with a resin matrix in the manufacture of composite parts. Rollers are available in aluminum, plastic, and bristle with the aluminum and plastic having different profiles like thin fin, paddle, bubble buster and segmented. Most rollers have an option of either a plastic or wood handle.
Buffing pads are available in a range of sizes and materials, each designed for specific purposes. We offer 100% wool pads for cutting, blended pads for compounding and light polishing, acrylic and foam pads for polishing.
