Asset Management Surveyor Warwickshire County Council is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic individual to work within a small team of Asset Management Surveyors. The Asset Management team manage the Council’s diverse property portfolio. The portfolio includes owner/ occupied, investment and leasehold Council occupied buildings. Responsible for an allocated property portfolio, the Asset Management Surveyor will formulate and agree portfolio asset plans that meet the organisation’s objectives. The Asset Management Surveyor provides corporate real estate services and advice to the Council and acts as commissioner and intelligent client to effectively and efficiently deliver asset plans and a programme of professional property casework.
