The chair of the Architectural and Aesthetic Committee shall be a Director appointedbythe Board.Members ofthe Architecturaland Aesthetic C'..ommitt.ee shallbe considered subordinate Officers ofthe Association. The Architectural and Aesthetic Committee'sauthority is as set forth in this Declaration. In the absence of an appointed Architectural and Aesthetic Committee, the Board may act as the Architecturaland Aesthetic Committee and shall have the authority of the Architectural and
