TERMS OF BUSINESS
When you (the person named on the order) place an order with us, we will do business with you under the following terms.
1. Prices We offer goods for sale through our website www.1env.com and our catalogue.
All prices quoted are exclusive of carriage and VAT. Our prices may change and our catalogues/website will always show our best prices at the time of printing. During the period the catalogue is valid, we may offer things at a lower price on special offers. If you order from a catalogue which quotes a higher price, we will process your order at the lower price. We will always use the lowest price we are quoting at the time of your order and this will never be more than the valid prices published in our catalogue.
2. Products We reserve the right to alter any details of products advertised without notice. We try our utmost to describe goods accurately; however no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description and any resulting loss.
3. Delivery We will deliver your order to most addresses in the UK. For standard delivery, we use a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods the next working day. If you live in a remote area or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find, your delivery may take a little longer. With some of the more remote areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland delivery can take several days. If a quicker delivery is important then please notify us at the time of order and we will endeavour to use one of our premium delivery options. Whether these options are available will depend on where you are and, in some cases, the time of day. We will confirm this with you at the time you place your order. We nor our carrier company take any responsibility for loss or damage to your order if you request that we leave goods unsigned. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & offshore there may be an extra carriage charge.
4. Printing If you order printed / personalised products then there will normally be a longer lead time for delivery. We are happy to send any other items on the order immediately, however there may be an additional delivery charge.
5. Availability We aim to keep enough stock so that we never run out. However, at times when there is unexpectedly high demand or supply issues, we may unfortunately run out. If this happens we will endeavour to notify you at the time of order and offer to hold the order until the stock arrives or part ship. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order. 6. Cancellation If you need to cancel your order, you may do so at any time until we send it out. We normally pack and send out your order in a very short period. If you want to cancel the order, you should do so by phone and we will confirm whether we have been able to do this. 7. 30-day refund Once we have sent out your order or you have collected it, you may return the goods for a full refund, without giving a reason, as long as the goods are with the original packaging, unused and you do so within 30 days of buying them. You will have to pay any costs involved in returning them to us. 8. 12-month guarantee If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, you may contact us for a refund or to arrange repair (if we decide) at any time in the first 12 months. All we ask is that you explain what the problem is and give us details of the purchase. Some of the goods we sell carry longer manufacturers’ warranties. Our guarantee is aimed at giving you extra peace of mind. It is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s warranty
