CONSTRUCTION & THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT
Our strong links with local employers mean you can be recruited straight from the workshop!
The Construction industry is booming in the UK and there are a lot of opportunities for tradespeople to work on building sites either as employed workers or as subcontractors. However, there’s more to the construction industry than house building. You can find opportunities in infrastructure, retail, civil engineering and construction management. Preston College also has strong partnerships with local employers who provide opportunities for progression into a wide range of Apprenticeships.
