The industry is also reporting a skills shortage in production, editing, engine coders, animators, and 3D programmers. Likewise, the digital industry is an area that sees constant change and innovation. Latest industry developments including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, robotics, self driving cars and virtual reality. New T-Levels have been introduced in both the media and digital industries. T-LEVEL DIGITAL PRODUCTION, DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT You will develop skills in digital production, design and development that will include analysing a problem to define requirements and acceptance criteria; designing, implementing, and testing software; changing, maintaining, and supporting software; creating solutions in a collaborative environment; and discovering, evaluating, and applying reliable sources of knowledge.
T-LEVEL MEDIA, BROADCAST & PRODUCTION You will develop an understanding of a broad range of issues relevant to the sector, including: the creative economy; audience and consumer needs; legal and regulatory requirements; professional standards and conduct in the workplace; equality, diversity, and inclusion requirements; research skills; and project methodology and administration.
