Stothers Smoke Ventilation Specialists Ltd has become a leading name in the smoke control industry, delivering unparalleled expertise and exceptional service quality across Northern Ireland, ROI and GB. According to his son, Managing Director Jonney Stothers, the Stothers family values lie at the heart of operations. Jonney himself attends to clients personally, even in emergencies, reflecting the company’s commitment to go the extra mile. With a close-knit and respectful work environment, the G.S. Milestones G.S. Stothers has marked numerous milestones throughout its journey. For example, in 1990, just hours before the official opening of the CastleCourt Shopping Centre, Director Sam Stothers received an emergency call. The fire and smoke curtains – installed by another company – had fallen; they needed someone to urgently fix them. Sam came to the rescue and rectified the situation, and so began a long working relationship with CastleCourt Shopping Centre, that still stands today. The company’s pragmatism and determination have been driving forces throughout its operation. “We are proud of our pragmatic approach, having worked through the troubles on both sides of the community when few businesses could,” said Jonney.
