At the heart of its achievements lies a steadfast commitment to a customer- centric approach. An unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional service has resulted in a substantial amount of repeat business, with the majority of its clientele being referred to them through word-of-mouth recommendations. “We take pride in cultivating meaningful relationships with each and every client, regardless of their size or scale,” said Connor Rodgers, Managing Director. “We truly value and appreciate every customer who entrusts us with their fire and security needs.”
Over the years, SR Fire and Security, based in Newtownards, Co. Down has been associated with several notable projects and accomplishments that have significantly contributed to its reputation within the industry. The acquisition of prestigious accreditations, most notably NSI Gold (security) and BAFE (fire), stands out as significant achievements. “Gaining these certifications has put us on a level playing field with many of the companies I aspired to when starting out,” remarked Connor. He continued, “One of our proudest moments was being awarded the contract for NI Libraries, covering fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and extinguishers across 100 sites. We were also honoured to secure the contracts for prominent structures such as the Obel Tower, home of Allen & Ovary, the
tallest building on the island of Ireland. Our enduring partnership with Boojum restaurants, which spans across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, stands as a testament to our ability to meet and manage the fire and security requirements of our clients.” Another proud moment for the Newtownards firm was reaching the finalist stage in the Specialist Contractor category in Northern Ireland’s Electrical Awards 2023. Even during challenging times, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, SR Fire and Security achieved significant milestones. “We welcomed Antrim and Newtownabbey Council as a client, which was a significant milestone in our journey,’ said Connor. “Additionally, we formed new partnerships with organisations such as Habinteg Housing
