Leveraging Big Opportunities through Appreciative Inquiry Every day we face big and little challenges in our work and our lives. We can quickly get stuck in repetitive patterns of thinking, patterns of being, and patterns of doing. These patterns limit our achievements and hold us back from achieving greatness. Learn about Appreciative Inquiry and the discipline of positive change to shift your perspective and break patterns that hold us back. Together we will uncover significant opportunities that have the power to elevate leadership, transform teams, organization and lives. (This is a 2-hour program and can be done virtually for up to 500 participants . This program contains individual exercises and a small group breakout exercise.) Managing Your Biggest Insider Threat: The Confidence Game This program elevates participants’ awareness of internal confidence hacks and shows how to restore and raise self confidence to make positive life changes. This program focuses on minimizing the fears and inner thoughts that undermine self confidence and AMPLIFYING the inner voice that speaks to greatness. Linda will empower participants to cultivate what is best within them to enhance their life and success. (This is a 90-minute program can be done virtually for up to 500 participants. This program contains individual exercises and an option for either a small group exercise or an individual exercise.) Conscious Leadership This program invites participants to be mindful of how they show up moment to moment and day to day so they can thoughtfully respond to situations. Attendees will be able to strengthen their self-awareness, elevate their leadership style, and increase their resilience to flourish in critical roles. (This is a 90-minute program and can be done virtually for up to 500 participants. This program contains several individual exercises and a table breakout exercise.)
