O w n Y o u r C a r e e r Your career is as unique as you are and is yours to build and own. Participants will learn how to proactively manage their career in order to work and live by design, not default. The facilitator will offer clarity, insights, and steps to build a framework for your career growth and fulfillment. ( This is a 1-hour program and is facilitated virtually for up to 500 participants. ) Cultivating a Strong Leadership Presence Whether you are a leader of others, self, ideas or projects, a strong leadership presence is essential to influencing others and to your success. Participants will learn the elements of leadership presence and explore how to cultivate and live their authentic and powerful leadership presence. ( This is a 1-hour program and is facilitated virtually for up to 500 participants. ) On Purpose: Leading Your Life and Your Team with Intention One of the most amazing gifts life offers is the opportunity to wake up each morning and choose how you want to live and what impact you are going to make. Participants will explore how intentionality channels their energy into what matters most, elevates their impact and experience of life, and enables them to live their life on purpose, not by accident. ( This is a 1-hour program and is facilitated virtually for up to 500 participants. ) Igniting Impact through the Power of Sel f The power to ignite impact starts and ends with you. This session will focus on clarifying intentions and crystallizing the impact you want to have in your work and life. ( This is a 90-minute interactive program and is facilitated virtually for up to 500 participants. This program contains individual and group exercises.)
