LEADERSHIP ACADEMY PROGRAMS CURRICULUM

The Leader Within A six-month program designed to optimize individual strengths, increase confidence and resiliency and elevate attendees leadership presence. This program is done in cohorts of 10 and includes 3 assessments and a 1:1 debrief.

The live monthly 90-minute modules include: 1. Establishing Your Leadership Vision 2 . Identifying Your Individual Leadership Style 3 . Optimizing Emotional and Social Intelligence 4 . Managing Stress and Cultivating Resilience 5 . Harnessing the Power of Energy Management 6. Building a Strong Leadership Presence

Leading with Conversational Intelligence® A five-month program based on the neuroscience of conversations that elevates participants conversations, relationships, ability to build trust and their impact. This class is done in cohorts of up to 18 and includes an assessment.

The live 90-minute modules include: 1. Understanding the Neurochemistry of Conversations

2. Regulating Conversation 3. Shifting Conversations 4. Priming Conversations for Trust 5. Navigating Challenging Conversations 6. Leading with Conversations

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY PROGRAMS CURRICULUM

Leveraging Big Opportunities through Appreciative Inquiry Every day we face big and little challenges in our work and our lives. We can quickly get stuck in repetitive patterns of thinking, patterns of being, and patterns of doing. These patterns limit our achievements and hold us back from achieving greatness. Learn about Appreciative Inquiry and the discipline of positive change to shift your perspective and break patterns that hold us back. Together we will uncover significant opportunities that have the power to elevate leadership, transform teams, organization and lives. (This is a 2-hour program and can be done virtually for up to 500 participants . This program contains individual exercises and a small group breakout exercise.) Managing Your Biggest Insider Threat: The Confidence Game This program elevates participants’ awareness of internal confidence hacks and shows how to restore and raise self confidence to make positive life changes. This program focuses on minimizing the fears and inner thoughts that undermine self confidence and AMPLIFYING the inner voice that speaks to greatness. Linda will empower participants to cultivate what is best within them to enhance their life and success. (This is a 90-minute program can be done virtually for up to 500 participants. This program contains individual exercises and an option for either a small group exercise or an individual exercise.) Conscious Leadership This program invites participants to be mindful of how they show up moment to moment and day to day so they can thoughtfully respond to situations. Attendees will be able to strengthen their self-awareness, elevate their leadership style, and increase their resilience to flourish in critical roles. (This is a 90-minute program and can be done virtually for up to 500 participants. This program contains several individual exercises and a table breakout exercise.)

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY PROGRAMS CURRICULUM

Transforming your Workplace and your Life from the Core Every interaction presents the opportunity to lead and have a positive impact on yourself and others. Great leaders are able to motivate, inspire, and bring out the greatness not only in others, but also in themselves. The question isn’t whether or not each of us are leaders, the question is how will we lead? There are two main ways we show up that determine how we lead. One way is fueling for ourselves and others, while the other is depleting. In this program, we will learn about both styles and how we can transform our way of being from the core to drive results for ourselves and our organizations. (This program has an optional assessment that participants can take before the program for an additional fee. This is a 90-minute program and can be done virtually for up to 500 participants. It contains individual exercises and a partner 1:1 exercise.) Resiliency and the Power of Choice Every time life knocks us down, or things don’t go as planned, we have a choice in how we respond. Our view of adversity strongly affects how we get back up, how we move forward, and how we succeed. Tapping into the power of choice is essential in today’s hyper-connected, ever- changing, and ever-challenging world. Linda will empower participants to cultivate resiliency and arm them with how to choose their experience in each moment intentionally. (This is a 1-hour program and can be done virtually for up to 500 participants. This program has individual exercises.)

Thrive Your happiness does matter! Learn about the science of happiness and how courage, connectivity, and habits drive fulfillment, productivity, and outcomes. (This is a 1-hour program which can be done virtually for up to 500 participants .)

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY PROGRAMS CURRICULUM

Powerful Conversations and Questions It is estimated that 80-90% of our time is spent in some form of interpersonal communications. This program elevates participants skills in conversations and questions to produce positive work outcomes and enhance participants fulfillment levels. Attendees will learn about the neurochemistry of conversations, the levels of conversations and develop their ability to ask the right questions to drive action forward and maximize impact. (This is a 90-minute interactive program and can be done virtually for up to 500 participants. This program contains individual and group exercises.) Success Leaves Clues In this session attendees will reflect on their professional journey, the pivotal markers of their career and identify the threads that enable their upward success and achievement. Facilitator Linda Dolceamore, Chief Leadership Development Officer at the EWF, will lead an engaging session for participants to reflect, discover and synthesize the themes that unfold when they flourish. Through exercises and conversation attendees will be armed with insights to springboard an expanded path forward. (This is a 90-minute program and can be done virtually for up to 500 participants. This program contains individual exercises and group breakout exercises.) Cultivating a Strong Leadership Presence Whether you are a leader of others, self, ideas or projects, a strong leadership presence is essential to influencing others and to your success. Join Linda Dolceamore to learn the elements of leadership presence and explore how to cultivate and live your authentic and powerful leadership presence. (This is a 1-hour program which can be done virtually for up to 500 participants.)

On Purpose: Leading Your Life and Your Team with Intention One of the most amazing gifts life offers is the opportunity to wake up each morning and choose how you want to live and what impact you are going to make. Join Linda Dolceamore to explore how intentionality channels your energy into what matters most, elevates your impact and experience of life, and enables you to live your life on purpose, not by accident. (This is a 1-hour program which can be done virtually for up to 500 participants.)

Own Your Career Your career is as unique as you are and is yours to build and own. Join Linda Dolceamore to learn how to proactively manage your career in order to work and live by design, not default. Linda will offer clarity, insights, and steps to build a framework for your career growth and fulfillment. (This is a 1-hour program which can be done virtually for up to 500 participants.)
