Rooster ® XR ® Made to hunt one of the toughest game birds found (but suited for virtually all upland game), Rooster XR features game-changing Shot-Lok technology. Shot-Lok features a resin poured over the shot where it hardens and acts as a buffer that protects shot from deformation upon the forces placed on it when fired. The hardened resin then shatters and flies free providing for tighter, longer-range patterns.
Super Pheasant ® Part of Winchester’s Advanced Technology offerings, Super Pheasant is built with extra-hard copper-plated lead shot and specially engineered wads to deliver high-velocity penetration and superior pattern density. The high brass magnum loads boast a velocity of 1,450 fps at the muzzle. It’s available in 12 and 20 gauges with a 12-gauge steel shot offering for hunters requiring lead-free shot.
