GUITAR ART Classical music meets fado in Belgrade A s has become tradition, Belgrade is once again hosting the Guitar Art Festival, one of the top inter- national guitar festivals in this part of the world, from 11 th to 15 th March. The 2026 edition’s slogan “Classic” symbol- ises classical music as the highest artis- tic level, and the concerts of top con- temporary guitarists. The Guitar Art Festival brings the spirit of classical music in the broadest sen- se – through the guitar sound, but al- so through art, culture, fashion and the city’s urban rhythm. The classical and the contemporary collide, genre boun- daries are erased and tradition takes on a new, exciting face. Over the course of this five-day festival, 10 concerts will be held at Madlenianum Opera & The- atre, while a special concert of the mu-

sic/drama project “Belgrade in Lisbon - Lisbon in Belgrade” will have its pre- miere performance on the stage of the National Theatre in Belgrade. It will see guitarist Srđan Grujičić and his L’Orchestre ensemble
